Overview

Join Intel Corporation as a Software Engineering Intern and be part of our journey in creating exceptionally engineered technology that drives AI everywhere. Contribute to Silicon Hardware Engineering by designing, building, and testing components essential to powerful processors and platforms.

Responsibilities & Opportunities

You will work on various areas including Silicon Architecture, Circuit Design, General Design, Layout, Logic, Photonics, Physical Design, TFM, Verification, Product Engineering, and Validation and Debug. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams to debug hardware and analyze data.
  • Apply programming skills in C/C++, Python, Perl, and Tcl.
  • Gain hands-on experience with RTL, Verilog, and VLSI.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge in test engineering and validation.
  • Explore additional opportunities in roles such as GPU Design, SoC Design, and more.

Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field, with at least 3+ months of experience. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.

Location & Work Model

This on-site internship position is primarily located in Hillsboro, Oregon with additional opportunities in Arizona, California, and Texas. Note: The job is not available in Colorado.
