Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for an IT-consultant as a Customer Value Engineer, BI Process Automation & AI to join our Value Engineering team at IntegrityNext. Collaborating with our product, sustainability expert, sales, and customer success teams, you will develop a repeatable service offering that delivers quick and growing impact year over year. Your role involves designing and implementing dashboards, automations, and AI workflows to maximize platform impact for procurement and ESG teams.
What can you expect?
Deliver platform value in close collaboration with customers
- Act as the technical lead or primary point of contact in customer onboarding and optimization projects across diverse sustainable supply chain solutions, industries, and geographies.
- Translate delivery needs into BI dashboards, automations, and AI supported workflows that accelerate time-to-value.
- Utilize IntegrityNext APIs and data outputs to integrate with customer systems, such as ERP, supplier portals, and BI stacks.
Build and scale reusable intelligence
- Build and maintain scalable assets including dashboards, connector templates, automation flows, and AI agents.
- Design, pilot, and deploy intelligent features that reduce manual effort and improve delivery consistency across customers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to test and shape roadmap priorities based on real-world usage.
Take responsibility for delivery tooling and measurement
- Define platform KPIs for onboarding, usage, and supplier engagement in collaboration with CSM and Product teams.
- Help measure and improve time-to-value, feature adoption, and integration completeness.
- Continuously identify opportunities to collaboratively convert custom delivery work into productized platform features.
- Contribute to a learning-oriented environment where tools, patterns, and best practices are openly shared across the team.
Connect customer impact to product evolution
- Serve as the technical voice in post-rollout retrospectives and continuous improvement sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve delivery frameworks, AI workflows, and platform templates.
- Share learnings to influence roadmap, partner design feedback, and integration best practices.
What should you bring along?
Experience & Platform Delivery Focus
- 4+ years in data IT-consulting, engineering, platform integration, or forward-deployed technical roles.
- Demonstrated ability to implement BI dashboards, use RESTful APIs, and support real-world system integration.
- Strong working knowledge of tools like Power BI, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and OpenAI integrations (experience with every tool listed is not required; the ability to learn and adapt is valued).
- Bonus: experience building and scaling reusable service delivery components in SaaS/ESG environments.
- Proven ability to work with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, and prompt engineering concepts.
- Experience building and maintaining automation pipelines using n8n or similar platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise system landscapes (ERP, procurement, supplier systems) and understanding of basic data structures.
Systems Thinking & Pragmatism
- Ability to deliver technical solutions quickly in live customer settings.
- Bonus: experience with sustainability or compliance software.
Communication & Collaboration
- Fluent in English; German is beneficial. Comfortable and professional interacting with enterprise clients.
- Structured thinker who can partner with consulting, product, and CS teams.
- Able to align complex stakeholder needs with efficient technical solutions.
