Senior Security Operations Centre Manager
Integrity360 is seeking an experienced Senior Security Operations Centre (SOC) Manager to lead our SOC team in Madrid. This is a permanent, full-time position for an individual with a strong background in cybersecurity operations and team leadership.

The Role
As a Senior SOC Manager, you will oversee the security operations team, providing technical guidance and focusing on people management. Your responsibilities will include hiring, training, and evaluating team members, developing processes, assessing incident reports, and implementing crisis communication plans. You will also evaluate and implement security technologies and tools, staying abreast of the latest cyber security trends.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the SOCs in Madrid and Rome, ensuring effective delivery of security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
- Lead and develop a team of Cyber SOC analysts through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement security operations policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on security operations performance, metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, addressing any identified gaps or areas for improvement.
- Monitor budget and margin, ensuring accurate reporting and invoicing.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, review performances, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with other SOC managers globally to achieve objectives through influence.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a senior security operations lead role.
- Native/Professional Spanish and Professional English proficiency.
- Strong people management skills with proven experience in leading SOC teams, preferably in a large, complex organization.
- Experience working within an MSP/MSSP environment.
- Experience dealing with customers and escalations.
- Knowledge of security operations processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, forensics, malware analysis).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills for conveying complex cyber security concepts.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
