We are offering a 3-month Software Engineering Internship Program designed for Computer Science graduates who are passionate about software development and eager to build a strong foundation in modern web technologies. This program is intended for individuals who want to accelerate their careers in CMS platforms and modern full-stack development, particularly within the Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, MERN Stack, and Next.js ecosystems. The internship provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and real project exposure, allowing participants to work alongside experienced engineers while building practical development skills.

This is a a competitive internship program with structured evaluations. Performance will be reviewed every 30 days, and only candidates who meet the expected performance and learning benchmarks will continue in the program. Participants who do not meet the required standards at these checkpoints may be released from the program.

Please note that this internship does not guarantee full-time employment upon completion. However, exceptional performers may be considered for future opportunities if suitable positions become available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and CMS platforms.
• Support development tasks across Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow projects.
• Contribute to MERN Stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver project components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services where required.
• Participate in standups, sprint discussions, and development planning sessions.

Program Structure

• Duration: 3 Months
• Evaluation: Formal performance assessments every 30 days.
• Progression: Continuation in the program depends on meeting technical learning milestones, performance standards, and engagement levels.
• Program Competitiveness: Candidates demonstrating strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and collaboration will progress through the internship, while low performers may be released at the 30-day checkpoints.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in web development and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals.
• Familiarity or interest in React.js, Next.js, MERN stack technologies, or CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Git/version control is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
