Job Role

Your mission at Senior Analyst, Managed Care Operations is to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of rebate claims processing for our BPSaaS Customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Managed Care and/or Medicaid Rebates
• Validate formulary compliance against contracted terms
• Download, log, and track data and contract submissions
• Create and run reports/analyses in Excel and other software
• Ensure contractual compliance in calculations
• Reconcile and document rebate variances
• Resolve errors and disputes following set guidelines
• Adhere to defined business processes and SLAs
• Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports
• Support special projects as needed

Success Metrics

Success in this role means rebate claims are delivered on time and with high quality, data is processed within SLA timelines, and clear communication is maintained with management.

Qualifications

• Graduate in finance, accounting, or information management preferable
• Experience in claims processing or claims utilization data handling
• Preferable background in Insurance, Finance, and Pharma contracting domains
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to rapidly learn new software systems and processes
• 2+ years direct experience; overall 3/4+ years experience
