Job Description
Integres is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Financial and Administrative) for its Fiscal and Administrative Services (FAS) division. The role primarily focuses on technology and process projects with an emphasis on the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Lead projects from initiation to closeout.
- Set clear project objectives, manage scope and deliverables.
- Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure success.
- Manage project constraints including cost, time, and scope.
- Proactively address risks and scope changes.
- Communicate project updates and key milestones regularly.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer upon project completion.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of IT Project Management experience.
- At least two (2) engagements of six months or longer in an IT Project Manager role.
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP Certification required.
- Experience in government or public sector projects.
- Familiarity with financial, administrative, or document management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent IT initiatives.
