Job Summary: Document Reviewer - Cyber Incident Response
Integreon is a premier provider of Document Review services within the post-breach Cyber Incident Response (CIR) sector. In the event of a data breach involving exfiltration, this role is crucial for reviewing potentially exposed documents to identify Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). This identification is essential for timely notification to individuals or entities, adhering to specific jurisdictional requirements. The work involves using platforms such as Relativity to meticulously review documents and extract defined data points according to established protocols. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a leading managed review group in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Review documents on the Relativity platform to accurately identify and capture Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) as per project protocols.
Requirements
- Reviewers will be supplied with a company computer that must be used exclusively for the project.
- Candidates must be physically located within the United States.
- Work collaboratively within a team, under the guidance of a Review Manager who will offer direction, track progress, provide feedback, and address questions.
- Availability online during core hours, as designated by the Review Manager, with potential for some flexibility.
- Onboarding will include comprehensive training on general data breach review requirements, platform usage (e.g., Relativity) as needed, and specific project-related substantive training.
- Expectations and targets for output/productivity and quality levels will be clearly defined.
- Hourly/weekly work caps will be determined on a project-by-project basis and adjusted as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Access to a quiet, private workspace conducive to focused work.
- Ability to commit to working 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime and weekend work.
- Previous experience in data breach or incident response review is required.
- Relativity platform proficiency is preferred.
