Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to own and execute the marketing strategy. This high-impact role involves driving lead generation, brand awareness, website management, and customer engagement across social media, email, SMS, content, and digital advertising channels.
Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy.
- Manage social media marketing including content creation and engagement.
- Plan and execute segmented email and SMS campaigns.
- Design and implement content marketing strategies (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video content).
- Optimize marketing funnels and landing pages for lead generation.
- Collaborate with product teams to align with business goals.
- Analyze KPIs to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in healthcare AI digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in omnichannel marketing including social media, email, SMS, and content marketing.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation tools.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social campaigns.
- Ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days in-office)
Location: Must be able to commute to Boca Raton
Experience: 5+ years in B2B marketing in healthcare and AI-driven tech
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
