Job Description

The Head of Sales role focuses on building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and establishing long-term relationships with healthcare providers, especially in dermatology practices. The Sales Manager will own the sales process from prospecting through close while collaborating with marketing and product teams to align business goals.

Duties

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Conduct prospect outreach through email, phone, social platforms, and industry events.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and tailored presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales KPIs to leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs in healthcare and AI-driven technology.

Qualifications

  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in sales analytics and forecasting.

Additional Information

This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days work from home, 2 days in office) based in Boca Raton. Applicants must be able to commute to Boca Raton. Experience required: 5+ years in B2B sales in healthcare or AI-driven technology; experience selling to dermatology practices; CRM management, pipeline development, and closing experience; Bachelor’s Degree is required.
