Position Overview
The Senior Learning & Development Partner is a strategic business partner with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing learning courses and programs to drive associate performance and engagement. This role partners with internal stakeholders to create comprehensive curriculum covering orientation, onboarding, safety, compliance, leadership, management, and competency development aimed at addressing performance gaps and upskilling.
Key aspects include evaluating existing programs and revising content and delivery methods, as well as managing Integra’s LMS module in UKG by providing support and guidance to internal administrators and learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build strategic learning plans and comprehensive curriculum.
- Develop and manage learning content using the full-cycle ADDIE model.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) in UKG including course loading and troubleshooting.
- Manage vendor partnerships for Learning and Development products and services.
- Collaborate with onsite HR leaders to design site-specific content for professional development and safety compliance.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Communication or a related field and 4-6 years of corporate experience is required with an available portfolio of work. A Master’s Degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with rapid authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Vyond.
- Strong strategic communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
- Robust project management and problem-solving abilities.
