At PrecisionQ, the Life Sciences Business Unit of Integra Connect, we build analytical products that turn complex, de-identified healthcare data into actionable insights for pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations. We’re looking for an experienced, technically grounded Senior Product Manager to help lead the evolution of our clinical intelligence platform. Working across EMR, medical and pharmacy claims, patient-reported outcomes, and genomics data, this role will support innovation in oncology, urology, and value-based care with the goal of improving outcomes and lowering costs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who wants to build at the intersection of AI, healthcare data, and product innovation. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, clinical, and analytics teams to shape and deliver high-value analytical products that serve customers across the life sciences ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and evolution of analytical products serving pharma, biotech, and healthcare provider customers.
- Partner with engineering, clinical, and analytics teams to turn complex healthcare data into scalable, high-value product experiences and insights.
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation and prioritization through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Identify new product opportunities and evaluate them using a data-driven methodology to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the product roadmap and enhance existing capabilities that support PrecisionQ’s life sciences business.
- Define product success metrics and build reporting frameworks to measure performance and impact.
- Develop and maintain internal and external product documentation, instructions, and user guides.
- Stay close to customer needs and industry trends by engaging with the market and attending key conferences such as ASCO.
- Operate as a hands-on, self-driven individual contributor while leading work within Agile sprint processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience within life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical organizations.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, ideally in an Agile environment.
- Experience building AI-powered products, including an understanding of large language models and the difference between prototype solutions and production-grade systems.
- Experience working with healthcare data, especially EMR and claims data.
- General understanding of data warehousing and both structured and unstructured data.
- Ability to analyze healthcare data using SQL, R, Python, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Oncology expertise from a clinical, scientific, or pharmaceutical background.
- Experience working at or in partnership with pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, scientific, medical, computer science, or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with patient-reported outcomes, genomics, or other advanced real-world healthcare datasets.
- Experience building products for precision medicine, oncology, urology, or value-based care use cases.
- Advanced degree in a scientific, medical, analytics, or technology-related field.
