Project Symphony

Project Symphony is a company-wide initiative to implement an updated ERP system and establish enterprise-wide standardized processes. This program aims to optimize business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the Integer Production System.

Role Overview

The Global Process Owner - Order to Cash is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the OTC workstream. This role defines, governs, and makes key decisions on order capture, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections on a global scale, ensuring standardization, regulatory compliance, and alignment with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OTC workstream through the ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams.
• Document current and future state OTC processes.
• Participate in SAP design workshops to align business requirements.
• Support master data cleansing and process adoption globally.
• Lead UAT and approve readiness for deployment.
• Champion standardized processes and compliance.
• Manage key project deliverables including specifications and test plans.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 8–12 years relevant experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or process ownership role in order management, supply chain, or operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep knowledge of OTC processes including order entry, billing, credit management, pricing, and collections.
• Experience with SAP OTC processes (SD, FSCM) at a business level.
• Strong communication, change management, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Proven ability to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.

Travel & Benefits
