About the role
Senior Treasury Manager
Intapp is seeking a Senior Manager, Treasury to play a critical leadership role in advancing our global treasury function. This position will support and drive financial resilience, optimize liquidity, and support scalable growth across the finance organization. This role will lead core treasury operations, enhance capital strategy, and modernize processes through automation and data-driven decision-making.
What you will do:
Strategic Leadership & Financial Stewardship
- Partner with senior leadership to support the company’s financial health, capital allocation, and risk management strategies
- Support the development and execution of interest rate risk and hedging strategies
- Contribute to capital markets initiatives and long-term treasury strategy
Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management
- Oversee global cash and liquidity management, including daily cash positioning and forecasting
- Review daily cash reports, monitor KPIs, and execute short-term liquidity strategies at the legal entity level
- Partner cross-functionally to build accurate and scalable free cash flow forecasting processes
Financing, Credit Facilities & Debt Management
- Lead and support credit facility programs, including revolvers, term loans, and other financing arrangements
- Manage lender relationships and serve as the primary treasury contact for financing counterparties
- Oversee borrowing activities, repayments, and interest expense optimization
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements
- Prepare and review covenant calculations, compliance certificates, and related disclosures
- Partner with Legal, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure alignment on financing terms, documentation, and reporting
- Evaluate refinancing opportunities and support new debt issuances or amendments as needed
Investment, Banking and Card Programs
- Manage, maintain and support oversight and strategy for the company’s investment portfolio, including compliance and performance monitoring
- Define and execute banking strategy, including managing and strengthening global banking relationships, evaluating and implementing new banking products and services, negotiating and optimizing bank fee structures and establishing formal bank performance review processes
- Oversee the company’s corporate purchasing card (P-card) program, including policy governance, spend controls, vendor enablement, and compliance monitoring
- Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Audit to optimize card usage, enhance reporting visibility, and mitigate risk
Controls, Compliance & Reporting
- Manage quarterly Treasury SOX controls, documentation, and disclosures
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance across all treasury activities
- Deliver clear, concise reporting and insights to executive stakeholders
Systems, Automation & Process Improvement
- Lead the design and implementation of treasury systems and automation initiatives
- Enhance data management, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of treasury policies, procedures, and workflows
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field. Advanced degree (e.g. MBA or MSF) and/or professional certification (e.g. CFA, CPA or CTP) preferred.
- 8-12+ years of experience including experiences at a publicly traded company with direct corporate treasury or related experience.
- Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage with key partners at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for distilling difficult concepts into easily understandable terms.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, or using a treasury management system is preferred.
