Salary Scale (Not Limited To): 87,200 - 106,600

Annual target bonus, based on base salary, with potential payment up to double the target (depending on individual employee performance and company financial results): 10%

The salary for the successful candidate for this position will be determined based on a set of factors, including: professional experience, skills, anticipated contribution to the position, internal equity, etc. The salary scale presented above is for a 35-hour work week and could apply to the majority of different candidate profiles, but we encourage candidates outside this salary range to apply.

About the Role

Our growing team is looking for a Principal Data Analyst - Power BI Developer.

The incumbent will act as a Data Analyst and Power BI Developer within the Lab team and will work closely with the analytical, product, and design squads of our various brands.

Thanks to their expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, they will contribute to achieving the Lab's objectives by developing dashboards to monitor the digital performance of products. Their goal will be to integrate new data sources, implement automation processes, and create new reports.

This role will also be called upon to respond to ad hoc analysis requests in parallel with dashboard creation.

What You'll Achieve with Us

• Act as a specialist in dashboard development and data channeling, using tools such as Power BI (desktop and cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, basic SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Develop, produce, and visualize data from multiple sources within the organization to provide good insights into the performance of Intact Lab products.
• Implement regular improvements and optimizations to dashboards, taking into account the needs of internal clients.
• Explore, format, and validate new data sources that could benefit internal clients.
• Ensure the quality of data implementation.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a common source of truth for data presented in dashboards.
• Respond to ad hoc data analysis requests.

What You Bring

• Passion for digital, data, and dashboard design.
• Experience level with Power BI: intermediate, advanced.
• Proficiency in Power BI, using DAX and Power Query.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data, clean them, integrate them into a dashboard, and create appropriate visualizations.
• Establish automated refreshes and processes wherever possible.
• Extremely strategic and creative in data integration and utilization.
• Analytical mind, autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Ability to present innovative solutions for data integration and process optimization.
• Aptitude/interest in data analysis.
• Aptitude/interest in a web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) – an asset.
• Bilingualism (French and English) - Requires regular interaction with colleagues across the country. No prior work experience in Canada is required, but authorization to work in Canada is necessary.
