About the Role: Manager Application Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Security Manager to lead our AppSec initiatives. This role involves automating security testing, developing self-service security solutions, and guiding secure coding practices to ensure software is built with high security standards.

• Automate security testing processes within the development lifecycle.
• Create self-service security solutions for developers.
• Conduct security assessments and guide remediation efforts.
• Lead the security team and provide expert guidance.
• Develop training programs and align security with business goals.
• Establish security metrics and monitor application security posture.

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology or Information Security (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years team management and 10 years IT experience.
• Strong experience in application security and automating processes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD integration and security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, SBOM).
• Expertise in secure coding practices and threat modeling.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CSSLP are a plus.
• Bilingual in Quebec, eligible to work in Canada.
