About the Role
As a Business Advisor in our Claims Optimization team at Intact, you will drive efficient processes to deliver unparalleled customer service. You will act as a global representative of the claims department by embracing a continuous improvement mindset, working autonomously, and paying strong attention to detail.
What You Will Do
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects from idea to implementation.
- Optimize claims management models and work methods for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to define current and future states using a process improvement framework.
- Champion change management and support sustainable change implementations.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data to answer key business questions.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and in-depth statistical reviews.
- Communicate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders effectively.
- Create and deliver documentation, tools, and training materials.
- Coach others to adopt continuous improvement methodologies.
What You Bring
- 3+ years' experience as an advisor, analyst or similar role.
- Experience in the insurance industry; claims experience is an asset.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
- Background in STEM and practical project and change management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in French and English for national interaction.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
