Role Overview

The Senior IT Business Analyst will support UBI in the Contact PL system by analyzing business needs, defining IT solutions, and facilitating collaboration between business domain users and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and define IT solutions.
• Lead and participate in requirements specification workshops.
• Conduct impact analyses and effort estimations.
• Support quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.
• Assist the product manager with defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Document user stories and build functional documentation for stakeholders.
• Facilitate change management through a train-the-trainer approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Scrum environments.
• Knowledge in the insurance domain and web-based applications.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and DNG.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
