Insurity’s Next Product Analyst

In this role, you will Join Insurity’s Product Analyst team to support our customers and internal stakeholders by triaging incidents, analyzing issues, and driving continuous improvements in our products and services. You’ll work across global time zones, collaborate closely with product and support teams, and use your technical and analytical skills to keep our solutions stable, efficient, and customer‑focused.

What Our Product Analyst Will Do

  • Triage incoming tickets and keep cases moving toward resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshoot low to medium complexity customer issues and requests.
  • Keep workflow management systems and customer-facing tools updated with accurate, current ticket information.
  • Execute and coordinate known data maintenance scripts and support periodic data quality audits with the right teams.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate resources per defined procedures and ensure follow-up through to resolution.
  • Contribute to and help maintain the knowledge base for training and knowledge transfer purposes.
  • Assist with functional root-cause analysis and suggest continuous improvement ideas to reduce low value incidents and improve service quality.
  • Provide tool self-service support and ad-hoc training for customers, internal users, and new employees as needed.
  • Work effectively with other departments, external software suppliers, and partners, consistently striving to exceed goals.
  • Support coverage across global time zones (Asia Pacific, EU, US East and West) including some work outside normal business hours, weekends, and holidays, as required to meet customer needs.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication; able to present information clearly to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage time, plan work, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and quick learner who can collaborate effectively and work independently when needed.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working with changing priorities and global teams/shifts.
  • Process mindset with strength in process analysis, design, and management, plus solid business and technical acumen.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, programming logic, and web-based troubleshooting tools.
  • 2–4 years in a support, development, or consultancy environment (product, application, or technical support experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience supporting or configuring software products, ideally in insurance or financial services, is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working non-standard hours to support customers across global time zones.
