Sr Product Labeling Graphic Designer

Position Summary

The Sr Product Labeling Graphic Designer will support product labeling design for all aspects including labeling, art, and proofs to ensure quality accuracy and compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support incoming product labeling requests from key customers.
• Implement PCO/ECO change control process for labeling, including User Guides.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders for labeling documentation.
• Collaborate with senior product labeling management on technical queries.
• Design product labels, packaging, shipping identification, IFUs, and patient guides.
• Proofread and ensure consistency across all labeling projects.
• Prepare new graphics and documentation for product launches.
• Manage templates, content management systems, and print specifications.
• Lead or support resolution of issues during labeling development.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 5-7 years in Product Labeling and 3 years managing labeling projects independently. Healthcare/life sciences product labeling and UDI/GTIN requirements experience required. Vendor management and diabetes product experience are a plus.

Skills/Competencies

• Solid working knowledge of FDA and regulatory labeling requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with labeling software, document management systems (Agile PLM, SharePoint), and MS Office.
• Excellent writing, communication, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.

Work Arrangement

This position is eligible for a hybrid working arrangement with on-site requirements at an Insulet office.
