Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Budget Management: Manage comprehensive operational budgets, identify strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Process Optimization: Drive process improvement initiatives, analyze workflows using Asana and Jira, and implement best practices.
- Team & Talent Development: Build, coach, and inspire an international operations team, including managing contractor relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as liaison between operations and other departments, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Risk & Project Management: Identify, track, and resolve operational risks, and deliver executive-facing communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or related field; PMP preferred.
- Minimum 5 years management experience with a strong track record in high-impact team building.
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability in process improvement and strategic problem-solving.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
