职位描述

作为算法实习生 多模态方向，您将参与视觉语言模型（VLMs）的开发与优化，包括模型设计、模型微调、图文问答和图文检索等工作。同时，您还需要协助团队完成平台系统的测试、性能调优以及文档编写。

探索前沿

探索强化学习、认知推理等前沿技术在VLMs中的创新应用。

任职要求

  • 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程相关专业优先；
  • 熟悉Python/Java/C++/Go中至少一种语言，熟悉Linux开发环境；
  • 掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架；
  • 具备良好的数学建模与算法实现能力；
  • 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
  • 实习期不少于三个月；
  • 加分项：LLM/VLM模型训练、Prompt Engineering或RAG开发经验、顶会论文、竞赛奖项、开源项目经验及对Al4Science交叉领域的浓厚兴趣。
