About the Role

The AI-First Automation Engineer at Instawork will leverage AI to enhance QA automation processes. You will develop customized AI models for QA data, implement advanced automation architectures and integrate AI tools to reduce manual testing. This role ensures the efficiency and coverage standards of quality assurance across Instawork's rapidly scaling products.

Who You Are

You are an innovative QA automation engineer with a strong background in AI model development and hands-on QA experience. You have at least 1+ years in AI model development, 2+ years in QA automation, and programming skills in Python and Javascript. A background in Computer Science and familiarity with testing frameworks and databases is essential.

What You'll Do

  • Develop customized AI models for QA data.
  • Implement and evolve QA processes for scaling testing efforts.
  • Build advanced automation architecture integrating AI tools.
  • Transform automation with cutting-edge AI methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure product reliability.

Compensation & Benefits (For CA Based Applicants)

Base salary between $120K to $150K is offered along with equity in the form of stock options. Benefits include a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans starting on the date of hire, flexible paid time off, paid company holidays, phone and commuter stipends, supplemental pay on qualified leaves, and additional perks like 401K, HSA contributions, and Perkspot discounts.
