Senior UX / UI Designer at PDR.cloud GmbH
PDR.cloud GmbH, founded in Berlin in 2018, is seeking a talented Senior UX / UI Designer to join their dedicated team. They provide cloud-based software for billing and damage control for automotive repair service providers, aiming to create fully digital workshops and simplify complex daily processes for their users.
Your Mission
As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you will take full responsibility for the user-centered design process, from initial requirements analysis through to testing. You will be instrumental in analyzing both technical and user-side needs, conducting thorough research and interviews, and translating these insights into intuitive User Flows, Wireframes, and interactive Prototypes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the user-centered design process from requirements analysis to testing.
- Analyzing technical and user requirements, conducting research and interviews.
- Developing User Flows, Wireframes, and interactive Prototypes.
- Collaborating with another UI Designer to create consistent, intuitive interfaces.
- Maintaining Design Patterns and component libraries.
- Working closely with Product Management and Development teams.
- Guiding the implementation of design concepts and conducting Usability Tests.
- Evaluating user feedback and iteratively optimizing existing functions.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of the User Experience across product areas.
- Contributing to efficient, practical solutions for users.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS products.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and the conception of User Flows, Wireframes, and Prototypes.
- Ability to guide the entire design process from ideation to usability tests and iterations.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Management and Development teams.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing product-oriented, implemented UX solutions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with complex B2B workflows or data-driven applications.
- Proficiency in working with Design Systems and component-based UI design.
- Experience in the continuous development and optimization of existing SaaS products.
Requirements
- Residency: Germany only.
- Language: Fluent German and fluent English.
Your Team
You will join an engaged, interdisciplinary development team comprising experienced Fullstack Developers, UX Designers, and Product Managers. The team values open communication, mutual support, and constructive feedback. While largely remote, regular meetings are held in Berlin-Schöneberg for collaborative ideation and team lunches. The team fosters a flat hierarchy, short decision paths, and a friendly, collegial atmosphere encouraging creativity and personal growth.
