About the Customer Support Manager E-Commerce Role

As a Customer Support Manager E-Commerce at Müller Holding GmbH & Co. KG, you will have the unique opportunity to not only resolve customer inquiries and problems but also actively shape and develop the customer service function within the E-Commerce division.

What We're Looking For

  • Residency: Only for applicants residing in Germany.
  • Language: Fluent in German.
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in customer service – nice to have, but not a must.
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for interacting with people – online and offline.
  • Proficient in MS-Office.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be in direct customer contact, handling telephone and written inquiries.
  • You will work closely with various departments such as Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Your ideas are valuable! You will develop and improve processes and standards for our customer service.
  • You will identify frequently occurring customer concerns and independently derive improvement measures.
  • You will support the further development of our knowledge database.
