Your Role as Business Development Manager France

As a Business Development Manager France, you will be instrumental in developing market entry strategies and country/customer-specific sales strategies, aligning with our ambitious sales and growth targets. This role requires a strong focus on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and building robust partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop market entry and country/customer-specific sales strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive market analyses to identify customer needs, market conditions, and activities.
  • Observe and analyze competitive activities within the French market.
  • Identify and acquire new business partners for sales and project implementation.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key customers and partners through sustained support.
  • Manage partner sales activities from initial lead generation through to contract closure.
  • Support marketing activities and represent the company at professional conferences, trade fairs, and other industry events.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree with a focus on (business) informatics, logistics, and/or supply chain management. Alternatively, you have completed a commercial or IT-related apprenticeship, or possess a comparable qualification.
  • You bring significant experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
  • You have proven experience in logistics and a strong affinity for IT systems.
  • You possess very good presentation skills.
  • You are competitive, sociable, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel are key characteristics.
  • Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of English and French language skills (Fluent in both).
  • Location: Only for applicants from Germany and other EU countries.
