As a Sr. Data Analyst Payment & Fraud, you will turn complex payments and fraud data into insights that protect customers, shoppers, and retailers while driving sustainable marketplace growth.
About the Role
You will be the analytical heartbeat of the Payments & Fraud ecosystem. Responsibilities include crafting dashboards, advising leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Legal, and CX. Your insights will help design risk mitigation strategies and support loss-prevention efforts.
About the Team
The Fraud & Identity Operations team is a close-knit group of strategists, analysts, and operators focused on safeguarding every transaction. Reporting to the Manager, Decision Science — Fraud & Identity Analytics, you will work daily with colleagues who emphasize transparency and data excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analysis and visualization of Payments & Fraud KPIs.
- Build and maintain SSOT data models using Snowflake/DBT.
- Translate insights into strategic narratives for senior leadership.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests on checkout UX and fraud flags.
- Collaborate with engineers and vendors to instrument new payment features.
