As the Senior Manager, People Analytics, you will set the strategy and turn complex people data into decision-ready narratives that drive measurable business impact.
About The Job
In this role, you will own the multi-quarter roadmap for analytics insights and data products, lead and mentor a team, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and Diversity, Equity & Belonging leaders. You will build self-serve analytics capabilities, improve data literacy, and work with data engineering colleagues to enhance our people data warehouse and security model.
- Own forecasting models, dashboards, surveys, and large-scale analyses.
- Mentor a team of people analytics professionals.
- Translate business questions into analytical approaches.
- Build self-serve capabilities and trusted metrics across teams.
- Manage vendor relationships with tools like Snowflake, Qualtrics, and OneModel.
About You
You bring over 10 years of analytics experience and at least 5 years in people analytics. You are proficient in SQL, experienced with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, dashboard tools such as Tableau or Looker, and have a proven record in data storytelling to influence senior leadership. Handling sensitive HR data with integrity is key in this role.

Instacart offers flexibility where you can work from home, an office, or your favorite coffee shop while engaging in regular in-person events. This role is remote, currently available for candidates in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
