About the Role
As a QA Engineer Marketing Enablement & Technology, you will raise the quality bar for customer and shopper lifecycle marketing campaigns. This role blends hands-on QA testing with process design and tool expertise to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-centric outputs.
- Execute end-to-end QA on CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Establish and standardize QA protocols and checklists.
- Leverage CRM tools like Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, Engineering and Creative teams.
- Utilize light scripting, regression testing and automation to improve processes.
