About the Role
The QA Engineer Marketing Enablement & Technology role is designed to raise the quality bar for customer and shopper lifecycle marketing campaigns. This position blends hands-on QA testing with process design and tool expertise to ensure every Push Notification, Email, SMS, and In-App message is accurate, timely, and customer-centric.
- Own end-to-end validation of marketing campaigns.
- Establish QA protocols, checklists, and processes.
- Leverage CRM tools and light scripting for content validation.
- Partner with CRM, Operations, Engineering, and Creative teams.
- Conduct regression and spot checks on new features.

The Marketing Enablement & Technology (MET) team builds platforms behind campaign feeds, audience targeting, event pipelines, and QA automation. Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Engineering, this team tackles complex, cross-organizational challenges.
