About the Role

The QA Engineer Marketing Enablement & Technology role is designed to raise the quality bar for customer and shopper lifecycle marketing campaigns. This position blends hands-on QA testing with process design and tool expertise to ensure every Push Notification, Email, SMS, and In-App message is accurate, timely, and customer-centric.

  • Own end-to-end validation of marketing campaigns.
  • Establish QA protocols, checklists, and processes.
  • Leverage CRM tools and light scripting for content validation.
  • Partner with CRM, Operations, Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Conduct regression and spot checks on new features.
