Instacart invites you to be a part of transforming the grocery industry with love and innovation. As a Principal Product Manager, Agentic Commerce, you will drive the creation and evolution of Cart Assistant – an innovative, AI-powered, conversational commerce solution for grocery shopping.

Role Responsibilities

  • Set and own the product roadmap and vision.
  • Lead discovery and uncover customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with engineering, ML, DS, design, and research teams.
  • Drive measurable results with defined OKRs and data insights.
  • Communicate strategy to senior leadership and retail partners.

About The Job

This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to launch a 0-to-1 product that leverages generative AI for consumer and B2B e-commerce experiences. You will be responsible for rapid experimentation, iterative improvements, and scaling the product across Instacart’s platforms to drive business impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years building consumer-facing commerce products.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML systems and data flows.
  • Proven track record with 0-to-1 product launches.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
