About The Role

The Machine Learning Engineer II on our Fraud & Identity team will shape the technical vision and strategy by leveraging machine learning to detect and prevent abuse in areas like identity verification, payments, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for fraud detection.
• Architect robust, scalable real-time fraud decisioning systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, risk managers, and product teams.
• Solve ambiguous technical and business challenges independently.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Stay updated with advancements in ML, security, and fraud detection.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on ML.
• Proven ability to design and operate complex ML models at scale.
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability.
• Deep expertise in fraud detection, security, and risk management.
• Experience with ML frameworks, deployment pipelines, and scalable systems.
• Preferred: Experience with large language models (LLMs).
