Customer Experience Training Facilitator

Instacart invites you to join a transformative journey in the grocery industry. As a Customer Experience Training Facilitator, you will serve as a critical liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and continuous improvement in training processes.

About The Job

You will deliver training sessions including new hire onboarding, leadership training, and more while developing innovative training programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate training needs, monitor effectiveness through KPIs, and provide targeted recommendations.

• Deliver diverse training sessions (onboarding, leadership, etc.).
• Develop and update training curricula and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor training performance using key metrics such as CSAT and QA.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and improvement recommendations.

About You

You should have 4+ years of experience in training & development with a strong background in adult learning principles, public speaking, eLearning software, and organization. This role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
