Overview

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry with a flexible work approach. As a Customer Experience Training Facilitator, you will serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment and enhancement in all training initiatives related to customer experience.

About the Job

You will deliver effective training sessions including new hire onboarding, leadership and recurring training. You will develop programs, assess training needs, and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and external partners.

  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness using KPIs such as CSAT, QA, and Productivity.
  • Provide coaching and written evaluations to facilitators and Vendor Partner Trainers.
  • Identify and update training curricula in response to operational needs.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment.
  • Execute monthly agent cohort duties via multiple communication channels.

About You

You have 4+ years of experience in corporate Training & Development, demonstrate strong public speaking, excellent organization and time management skills, and are proficient in MS Office and eLearning software. The ability to work fast and independently is crucial.
