Team Overview

The Finance Systems and Solutions (FINSS) team owns the lifecycle and evolution of technology systems that enable Finance at Instacart. They work closely with Finance leadership to drive insight, control, and growth.

Role Overview

The Business Systems Analyst II - Order to Cash role focuses on the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP O2C system solutions covering Billing, Credit & Collections, and Customer Data Management modules. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales/Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and occasionally lead discovery, design, and testing of Oracle Cloud O2C modules and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and validate scalable solutions.
  • Document requirements, configurations, and test results for audit readiness.
  • Identify process improvements through automation and standardization.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud releases and explore AI and automation use cases.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3–5 years experience in financial systems or business systems roles, with at least 2 years on Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules. Strong analytical skills, clear documentation, and effective communication are key.

Additional Information

This is a remote role under Instacart's Flex First policy. Compensation varies by location with competitive pay and equity opportunities.
