About the Role
Lead GTM and product launch readiness by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure cross-functional alignment. Develop mechanisms for capturing and acting on customer feedback. Use AI-driven solutions to recommend and implement process optimizations. Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational tasks, and analyze data using SQL, BI tools, and spreadsheets to diagnose challenges and drive continuous improvement. Project manage initiatives to meet timelines and deliver value.
About the Team
The Product Ops team is key in linking product teams, operations, and customers. The team focuses on three core pillars: Voice of the Customer, Enablement, and Quality. They collaborate with R&D and GTM teams across the product lifecycle to transform customer feedback into actionable insights using AI to drive process automations.
About You
You should have a bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience, and 4+ years in product operations, project management, business analytics, or similar roles in a technology environment. Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and experience with AI-driven tools are required. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and customer advocacy skills are essential. Preferred candidates have go-to-market planning experience, background in tech, SaaS or marketplace companies, and familiarity with BI and data visualization platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
This remote role is open to candidates in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia. Compensation in Canada ranges from $95,000 to $106,000 CAD with eligibility for a new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
