Desktop Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting L1 level issues for desktops, laptops, and printers. Additionally, CCTV knowledge is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 level technical support for desktop, laptop, and printer hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Perform troubleshooting for printer connectivity and functionality.
- Assist with basic CCTV system troubleshooting and maintenance.
