This role is part of the People & Culture team within Optura, our shared services function that supports both Enthuse and Inspira, along with HQ and key cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing & Communications, Creative, and Logistics. Job Description
This hybrid role operates from our offices at Hudson Yards, NYC, blending in-office and remote work as per company policy. The Senior People Business Partner will work strategically with senior leadership across Enthuse and Inspira to align people strategies with business goals. The role focuses on driving strategic people initiatives, championing culture, and optimizing organizational effectiveness through proactive people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- People Strategy & Leadership Partnership: Consult with leaders to develop a people roadmap; coach on talent assessment, development, and succession.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage complex employee relations, champion culture, DEI initiatives, and conduct quarterly review meetings.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: Guide teams through growth, change, and restructuring with focus on communication and continuity.
- HR Programs & Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, collaborate on compensation reviews, and drive data-informed improvements.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of HR/People experience with multi-state expertise. Must have deep knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and employment law. Experience in creative, agency, or high-growth environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and proficiency in HR systems are required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is needed; HR certifications are a plus.
