Job Overview

This role is for a Field Marketing Manager responsible for growing strategic partnerships with gyms, recreation centers, running clubs, and outdoor lifestyle communities. You must be located within a 30 minute commute of Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors, lead day-to-day operations including scheduling and performance coaching, and maintain quality standards.
  • Field Execution & Oversight: Oversee grassroots, community-based, and event-led activations, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-brand delivery.
  • Market Development & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local partners, conduct market audits, and provide strategic feedback.
  • Operational Continuity: Serve as the local lead for smooth transitions between activations, manage assets and logistics, and support recruitment and reporting.

Additional Requirements

This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, ability to travel up to 50%, and availability on weekends and holidays. Physical demands include bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience, with 2-3 years in sales and people management.
  • Fitness/health and wellness industry experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and budget management skills.
