About the Sr. Business Analyst Role

The Sr. Business Analyst at Inspira Financial works in the Digital Product Management department reporting to a key position. This role focuses on identifying business needs, analyzing data, and designing data-driven solutions to enhance business processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes and propose optimization strategies.
• Lead risk analysis for current and proposed products and operations.
• Design process improvements and translate needs into agile stories.
• Develop functional specifications and detailed requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Architects for process definition.
• Create reports and data visualizations to support decision-making.
• Build relationships to communicate project status and align expectations.
• Develop process documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Support change management and effective adoption of new systems.
• Conduct ongoing testing, system evaluation, and process monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in fintech or health, a relevant Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred), and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Six Sigma Certification is a plus.

Key skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau), excellent communication, and experience with diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, and Figma.
