Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Compliance Analyst reports to the Director/Manager in the Compliance and Risk Management Department and assists with ensuring adherence to internal policies, laws, and regulations. The role focuses on one of four areas: Financial Crimes, Investigations, Regulatory Affairs, or Risk Management.

  • Manage incoming requests via Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Perform risk management activities and develop controls.
  • Conduct investigations and compliance reviews related to financial crimes.
  • Assist in conducting audits, preparing reports, and documenting findings.
  • Support compliance training, policy development and regulatory inquiries.

Work Environment & Schedule

This remote position is open to candidates residing in select states. Employees within a 90-minute radius of Oak Brook, IL HQ are required to work in-office 4 days per month (one day must be Monday or Friday). Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT, with 10-15% of time spent in meetings and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Auditing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or CISP are preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other systems.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
