About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Product Owner to support the development and continuous improvement of Inspectorio’s products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements and new features.
What You'll Do
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze user pain points and process gaps; support usability testing and feedback sessions.
- Backlog & Sprint Support: Help manage and refine the product backlog by breaking down requirements into actionable tasks. Ensure stories are well-defined before each sprint and actively participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Work with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and flows, provide clarifications, and resolve blockers.
- Testing & Continuous Improvement: Conduct functional validation and user acceptance testing (UAT). Track feature adoption, collect user feedback, identify opportunities for optimization, and maintain documentation of product features.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a Product Owner or related role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting requirements and testing outcomes.
- Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Curiosity and openness to using AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
