About the Marketing Manager Role

The Marketing Manager will work across multiple upcoming titles at a large software and gaming company, contributing to global go-to-market plans and closely collaborating with developers and agency partners. The focus is on creating and executing marketing campaigns that align with both financial objectives and the creative vision unique to each game title.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agency partners to build creative marketing plans.
  • Manage developer relationships to represent game work appropriately.
  • Work with partners to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Track campaign tactics and their impact on sales.
  • Manage a dynamic asset pipeline for social media visuals.
  • Align campaigns with wider marketing activities across the industry.
  • Develop relationships with First Party and hardware partners.
  • Suggest data-informed budget allocation improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in gaming with multiple launches.
  • Ability to work across multiple timezones, mainly with Central European teams.
  • Skill in creating concise and neat presentations.
  • Knowledge of leading social and community platforms (Discord, YT Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
  • Experience balancing priorities across competing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven developer/publisher interfacing ability.
  • Experience in collecting and visualizing basic datasets.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers competitive hourly rates of $55 to $60, with detailed benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as HSA, FSA, DCFSA, 401k with matching, and paid leave starting from day one.
