Role Overview: Entry-Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager

This role is designed for driven, entry-level sales candidates who want to build a career in staffing. Starting as a Recruiter, you will learn to match candidates with companies and eventually progress to Account Management or Professional Recruitment.

Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Review resumes from internal database and online job boards
  • Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates for hiring manager meetings
  • Negotiate job offers to secure candidate placements

Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through networking and cold calls
  • Conduct in-person meetings and build long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to match job requirements with top talent

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $35,600 to $64,000 annually
  • $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs
  • Opportunities for promotion with increased base salary and uncapped commissions
