Role Overview: Entry-Level Sales Recruiter/Account Manager
This role is designed for driven, entry-level sales candidates who want to build a career in staffing. Starting as a Recruiter, you will learn to match candidates with companies and eventually progress to Account Management or Professional Recruitment.
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Review resumes from internal database and online job boards
- Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates for hiring manager meetings
- Negotiate job offers to secure candidate placements
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Develop new business through networking and cold calls
- Conduct in-person meetings and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to match job requirements with top talent
Professional Recruiter Role
Focus on identifying top talent and pairing candidates with ideal job opportunities while ensuring a world-class experience through ongoing support.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $35,600 to $64,000 annually
- $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs
- Opportunities for promotion with increased base salary and uncapped commissions

- Annual sales contests with rewards such as trips and substantial cash bonuses
