About the role
Entry-Level Recruiter/Account Manager
Note: This is an entry-level sales role. Insight Global has three openings left for a Monday, May 18th start date.
Insight Global is a global staffing and consulting firm that simplifies hiring for clients. Since 2001, we have grown into a multi-billion dollar company, fueled by our award-winning culture, extensive training, and dedicated people. We believe in promoting from within and prioritize hiring elite entry-level sales candidates, with every employee beginning as a Recruiter before advancing to Account Management.
Recruiter Position
As an entry-level Recruiter, you will build the foundation for a successful sales career. You will receive guidance from mentors and immerse yourself in 'The IG Way,' our comprehensive training program designed to accelerate your sales career. You'll learn about staffing, our services, and how to sell them. Your role will involve matching companies with candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, preparing candidates for hiring manager meetings, and negotiating job offers.
Employees typically spend about six months as a Recruiter before entering Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT). During the subsequent 8-12 weeks, you'll apply your learned skills to real-world scenarios to earn your promotion.
Account Manager Position
Account Managers are the primary client-facing representatives. You will work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, researching and targeting organizations needing staffing services. Responsibilities include making initial connections through networking and cold calls, acting as a business consultant, and building long-term client relationships. You will conduct meetings and lunches to understand client hiring goals, team dynamics, and sell our staffing solutions. You'll gather job requirements and collaborate with the Recruiting team to find ideal candidates. Account Managers are experts in all aspects of hiring and staffing solutions.
