The Position

The engineer will carry out their activities within the C3M (Inserm U1065) in Nice.

Missions

  • Participate in the design, implementation, and analysis of research projects in cell and molecular biology.
  • Conduct experiments on human and murine cellular models.
  • Ensure the analysis and integration of multi-omics data (RNAseq, ATACseq, single-cell RNAseq, proteomics).
  • Develop and optimize bioinformatics analysis pipelines.
  • Contribute to the scientific valorization of results (reports, publications, presentations).

Main Activities

  • Culture and maintenance of cell lines, primary cells from donors and patients.
  • Preparation of biological samples.
  • Purification of organelles and preparation of cellular extracts.
  • Performance of molecular and cellular biology techniques: Western blot, immunofluorescence, RNA/DNA/protein extraction.
  • Preparation and quality control of samples for transcriptomic and proteomic analyses.
  • Bioinformatic analysis of RNAseq, ATACseq, single-cell RNAseq, and proteomic data.
  • Statistical processing and visualization of biological data.
  • Participation in database management and archiving of experimental results.
