Responsibilities
As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for comprehensively leading research and analytical projects from end-to-end. This includes defining the problem, executing the research, and presenting actionable recommendations. You will transform data into strategy by delivering insights that genuinely influence product and business development, while continuously monitoring market trends. Your role involves analyzing the market and competition, creating benchmarks, and formulating bold hypotheses and proposals for new product solutions based on your findings. You will lead interdisciplinary projects at the intersection of product, business, and IT, ensuring the effective achievement of goals for InPost Fresh. Additionally, you will initiate and independently lead workshops, such as discovery and ideation sessions, to build understanding and synergy across teams. Close collaboration with the Product Analyst will be crucial for in-depth analysis of conversion rates, A/B test results, and user behavior on the product.
What We Look For
- You have 2-3 years of experience in a research team and have independently led projects in the product or IT area.
- You possess solid knowledge of research methods and techniques (qualitative and quantitative) and product analytics within an IT environment.
- You are well-versed in product solutions within the Polish and international e-commerce markets and can effectively identify relevant benchmarks.
- You demonstrate highly developed analytical thinking and the ability to connect data, user needs, and business goals.
- You are skilled in project management and can effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, analysts).
- You are proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
