What you can achieve with us

• You take responsibility for establishing and continuously developing effective and sustainable corporate steering.
• From cost center and cost unit accounting to financial and KPI reporting, you are responsible for the entire controlling cycle.
• Together with our IT teams, you design and expand our analytics and planning systems (e.g., based on Power BI). You drive the development and automation of our reporting and planning tools and actively contribute your own ideas for improving data quality.
• As a sparring partner for financial questions, you work closely with management, specialist departments, the sales team, and internal teams.
• With your conceptual understanding and operational responsibility, you sustainably improve our financial processes and controlling structures.

Who would be a good fit for us

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling) and at least 5 years of professional experience in controlling, with knowledge from the software or IT consulting industry being an advantage.
• You possess profound expertise in corporate steering, financial planning, and KPI-driven analysis, and apply these confidently.
• Dealing with complex tasks and questions comes easily to you and you enjoy it.
• Ideally, you already have experience in building dashboards and implementing analytics solutions (e.g., with Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Initial experience in project management is desirable and will help you to structure and advance our financial projects.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) are a prerequisite, and good English language skills complete your profile.
