As a Technical Product Owner - Platform at Innovatrics, you will shape internal platforms and services empowering development teams and impacting millions of users worldwide.

You will translate requirements from internal stakeholders into actionable plans, communicate clear timelines, coordinate integration of R&D features, and ensure timely delivery.

What You Will Achieve

Within one month: Gain understanding of biometric products and internal platforms, familiarize with Jira and Kanban workflows, and establish key relationships.

Within three months: Gather and prioritize feature requirements, manage the product backlog, and coordinate new feature development with R&D.

Within six months: Lead planning and execution of quarterly roadmaps, monitor progress, and ensure effective internal communication.

Within one year: Contribute to annual roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement in platform performance and usability.

This role is based in Bratislava with a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexible working hours.

About You

You are a technically adept product owner experienced in backend systems and APIs. You excel at translating technical requirements into actionable plans and thrive in collaborative environments.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Understanding of API design principles and backend systems
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience using Jira for managing product backlogs

Advantages

  • Familiarity with Java, Python, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Git

Level & Compensation

This mid-level role offers competitive salaries starting from 2,200 EUR per month, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
