Early Months
You will:
- Understand current operational setup and vendor landscape.
- Learn key processes such as purchasing, contract management, and ticketing.
- Build relationships across Innovatrics teams.
- Support the transition planning for our new headquarters.
Role Responsibilities
After settling in, you will:
- Drive the transition to the new MBB headquarters ensuring operational readiness.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including vendor relationships and workplace safety.
- Coordinate internal and external events with HR and Marketing.
- Lead improvement projects to boost process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain clear communication via office updates and news.
First Year Opportunities

Working Hours & Location
This role is located in Bratislava with a hybrid work arrangement, spending most time at the HQ and some flexible work-from-home days as needed.
About You
You are a proactive, detailed operations professional with strong organizational and coordination skills. You balance empathy with efficiency and are experienced in managing budgets, contracts, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven workplace operations experience, preferably in IT.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in budget, contract, and vendor management.
- Previous experience leading office or operational teams independently.
- Excellent communication in Slovak and English.
Techstack & Tools
- Freshservice or similar ticketing systems.
- Pohoda or similar finance/admin tools.
- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
- Productivity tools such as Excel, dashboards, and OKR tracking.
Level & Compensation
This mid-level role (O4, Medior 2) offers competitive salaries based on skills, experience, and location, with attractive benefits.
Interview Process
- Introduction Stage: Recruiter screen (~30 min).
- Team Interview: Manager and stakeholder interviews (~120 min, including an operational use case).
- Final Stage: CARES interview with core values discussion (30 min) plus reference checks.
