Job Description
Graphic/Multimedia Designer
Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus is seeking a Graphic/Multimedia Designer with strong creative instincts, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality design across both print and digital media.
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative creative team, working on a diverse portfolio of brands including Visa, Lavazza, Audi, VW, Skoda, KFC, Cypriot Coffee G. Charalambous, Mitsides, Sandy Beer, Kiabi, and many more. From campaign work to brand identity rollouts, you’ll help shape how these brands communicate visually.
We’re looking for someone who combines visual craft with consistency and enjoys bringing ideas to life through design.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work, visual systems, and campaign assets
- Solid understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them across media
- Experience in both print and digital design
- Excellent skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Ability to deliver accurate, polished work within deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in motion graphics
- Familiarity with digital campaign formats (social, banners, web)
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience preparing artwork for large-format print (OOH, packaging, etc.)
- Experience supporting brand refreshes or launches
